Morningside Players Theater Co. is a growing, inclusive, well respected, diverse and awarded theater company in Morningside Heights, Manhattan.
Please submit your picture and resume and state the role you are interested in. If chosen, we will contact you for an in-person audition and send sides from the play. (If we can't get back to you, please know that we will keep resumes on file for possible replacements and future productions)

Rehearsals begin: Sept 17th
Mostly weekday eves and Sat and/or Sunday afternoons. Mondays off. (Please note: not all actors called every rehearsal until run throughs)
Performances: Thursday Oct 17th to Sunday Nov 3rd
(Thursdays and Fridays at 7:30pm, Saturdays at 5pm and Sundays at 3pm. One extra matinee on Nov. 2 and two Monday evening performances on Oct. 21 and. 28)

Venue: 100 La Salle St space (just east of Broadway, approx two blocks south of #1 train at 125th st)

Ben Joseph - 49-early 50s, left wing Icon Joe Joseph's middle son. A teacher, radical, concerned. Father to Emma and Jess.

Miguel - 26+, Latino Emma's boyfriend and ally at her new Foundation
Mel - CAST, Late 40s-50s, partner of Ben, kind, observant, she holds the family together Morty - CAST, late 70s, wise, droll donor to Emma's campaign
