Local Seattle actors are encouraged to audition.
All available roles in the season are open to actors of all races/ethnicities, gender identities, disabilities, and neuro-diversities, except where particular identities are specified by the playwright and/or director as integral to character and/or narrative. Gender non-conforming, gender-queer, transgender, and non-binary actors, please audition for the roles you most identify with.
Please prepare two (2) contrasting monologues: 1 classical, 1 contemporary OR 2 contemporary. Total audition should not exceed 3 minutes.

COVID INFORMATION FOR AUDITIONS: Masks must be worn in ACT's building at all times except when Actor is auditioning. Auditors will remain masked and socially distanced.
COVID Information: ACT does not require proof of vaccination as a condition of employment. Effective June 1, 2023, ACT anticipates moving to mask optional and no regular surveillance testing.
An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of audition.

Equity encourages everyone participating in the auditions to wear a two-ply cloth face mask, surgical mask, singer’s mask or respirator (N95, KN95 or KF94). Single-ply face masks, gaiters and bandanas are not recommended. Singer’s masks can be found at www.broadwayreliefproject.com/singersmask.
Equity encourages members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the extent that they can (e.g., get dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and dressing rooms.
