RE;SET is a space to release what is no longer serving you while creating room in your life for the joyful things you're calling in. We will tap into the modalities of yin yoga, breathwork, sound healing and guided meditation to support you in your journey of rejuvenation. Our recommendation is to wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket, pillow or any additional items to help you feel warm and relaxed. Bring your own yoga mat and eye mask!
