There's one resort destination that has it all, Camelback. And it's only 90 minutes from New York City. This incredible spot in Northeastern Pennsylvania combines the best of winter sports with the fun of their waterpark, Aquatopia along great food and superior lodging. Now that winter is in full swing, it's a perfect time to plan your visit. But Camelback is truly a year-round destination with attractions for all the seasons. There's something for everyone at this gem of a getaway. Make a day of it or book an extended stay. Gather your group and plan a trip.

We recently visited for a weekend and we were delighted by the accommodations at Camelback Lodge. Room choices are spacious and comfortable with modern and attractive furnishings. We also enjoyed the wonderful dining options that include a variety of restaurants and snack bars with menus to suit all budgets, tastes and styles.

Camelback is a top ski resort in Pennsylvania with the biggest skiing and snowboarding terrain in the area. And it is 100% lit for night skiing. With lessons available, it's ideal for beginners but there are slopes that are perfect for all levels of winter sports. And they have the biggest snowtubing park in the United States with up to 42 lanes and 2 surface lifts so there is no climbing and lots more sliding. There are even more outdoor adventures with zip lining and the ever-popular "Mountain Coaster" that gives a thrilling ride down the slope for one or two riders.

Overnight guests of the Lodge have unlimited access to Aquatopia, the 125,000 square foot multi-level waterpark that is meticulously maintained. It includes waterslides like the "Storm Chaser," children's play areas, the "Ka-na-gawa Wave Pool," the "Mystic SpringsSpa Lagoon," "The Lost River" and poolside amenities to enjoy like spacious lounge areas. You don't have to be a swimmer to enjoy Aquatopia. Just being in the surroundings is delightful.

We like that the Camelback Lodge works for guests of all ages. It has both the "Serenity Spa" for total adult relaxation and an "Oasis Kid's Spa" that specializes in pampering their youngest guests. Children and kids at heart will also enjoy engaging in the vast variety of games at "Arcadia Mega Arcade," playing laser tag in "Lazer Runner" or doing a round of "Meh-Tah's" indoor mini-golf.

The Camelback Resort is an ideal location for corporate meetings and team building as well as group events like family reunions and celebrations. Whether you are looking to relax or be adventurous, they have you covered.
