Wine and dine at Camelback Resort in Tannersville, Pennsylvania at their distinctive restaurants. You don't have to be a guest of their lodge to stop by and enjoy their fabulous dining options. Restaurants are all accessed through the main lobby and offer something for everyone. We recently visited and enjoyed a great culinary experience. They have you covered for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Camelback Resort is only 90 minutes from the New York metro area and it is an ideal destination for winter sports. The amenities also include wonderful accommodations at their lodge that features the thrill of Aquatopia, the 125,000 square foot multi-level indoor waterpark.

Their maritime themed restaurant, Nautilus is a stylish bar and lounge where you can relax as you overlook Aquatopia. They are open for lunch and dinner serving made-to-order sushi, salads, small plates, flatbreads and delightful drinks. We highly suggest their Korean BBQ Sticky Ribs and their Nautilus Roll with shrimp, lobster, crab, cucumber, carrot, mango and wasabi mayo. There's even a kid's menu for the youngsters.

The buffet restaurant, Hemispheres has a beautiful view of the mountain. The spacious restaurant offers breakfast and dinner with daily specials. Start your morning with a fluffy made-to-order omelet, pancakes, cheese blintzes, breakfast meats, cereal, fruit and yogurt. Hemispheres dinner selections will please a wide variety of tastes with tempting entrees, sides and desserts. It is a perfect place to dine with your group after a busy day.

Trails End, the lodge's casual, yet stylish grill serves lunch and dinner. It is ideal for intimate gatherings, families and groups. This spot features comfortable seating options and wrap around windows. And the patio area has two warming fire pits. Chef Luke Polles has created a menu with an wonderful variety of dishes. Popular starters include fresh, Warm Pretzel Sticks and Lobster Deviled Eggs. The Strawberry Pecan Salad is a house favorite and their homemade Chili will spice up your lunch or dinner. Grownup Mac & Cheese has a delicate blend of five cheeses and can include mix-ins like pulled pork or veggies. Be creative with the "Burger Expedition" that offers a choice of toppings and garnishes. Entrees like the Rotisserie Baked Chicken or Halibut Crab Gratin are culinary delights. Youngsters will appreciate having a Kid's Menu with all their favorites. We suggest you finish your meal with their specialty dessert, S'mores. This delicious treat is served family style, with melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows. Trails End also has spacious bar with a fine beverage program that includes specialty cocktails, draft beer and wine.

We were also impressed with the price points at the restaurants that make dining with family and friends affordable. Whether you're outlet shopping at The Crossings in Tannersville, coming off the Camelback slopes, a guest of the lodge or just in the mood for a great food, we highly recommend the restaurant choices at the new Camelback Resort. They are located at 193 Resort Drive, Tannersville, Pa. 18372. Call 855.515.1283 or visit http://www.camelbackresort.com/.
