Wines from Spain Highlights the Breadth of Spanish Wines at the 33rd Food & Wine Classic in Aspen

Wines from Spain, the trade association responsible for the promotion of Spanish wines around the world, is proud to announce that it will participate in the 2015 Food & Wine Classic in Aspen. For its 23rd year in Aspen, Wines from Spain - the only country with its own, exclusive tent - has partnered with the Tourist Office of Spain to showcase the diversity of Spanish wines through various seminars and tastings, with a special focus on the Wine Routes of Spain: Navarra, Cariñena, Rioja and Jerez-Xérès-Sherry.

Wines from Spain will kick-off the Food & Wine Classic with a "Welcome Barbecue" on June 18th, during which they will present the Best New Food & Wine Chef, Katie Button, and offer guests the opportunity to experience the incredible versatility of Spanish varietals firsthand. On June 19th and 20th, Wines from Spain will participate in the Grand Tasting with 24 tables, including special regional tables featuring the wines of Navarra, Cariñena, Rioja and Jerez-Xérès-Sherry; culinary-focused tables offering Spanish cheese, Ibérico ham and tapas from the Tempranillo Restaurant; and a tourism table with the Tourist Office of Spain.

Guests will also be invited to learn more about the incredible breadth of Spanish wines during the following seminars:
