Geoffrey Zakarian's The Lambs Club, located in the heart of the theatre district, is offering a Grand Buffet prix-fixe brunch featuring live jazz music performed by Melanie & The Bianco Martinis. For $85 for adults and $65 for children, guests will be able to dine on house made breads and pastries, raw bar selections, salads, a carving station, a waffle station and a selection of delicious pastas. Ben & Jack's Steakhouse, in the theatre district, is offering a special Mother's Day prix fixe menu. 5% of the proceeds will be donated to Susan G. Komen Greater NYC, a non-profit organization that funds science to find the cure for breast cancer, and empowers community-based programs providing critical breast cancer services for medically underserved women. Executive Chef Admir Alibasic has crafted a four-course experience that will appeal to all moms, steak-lovers or not, beginning with a complimentary glass of wine or champagne. Dish options include lobster bisque soup, grilled Norwegian salmon, filet mignon, creamed spinach and apple strudel for dessert. Coffee or tea will conclude the meal. Scarpetta's, at their new location in NoMad, will be offering a brunch menu. From 11:00am to 3:00pm, guests will enjoy a choice of menu items along with the classics Scarpetta is known for. DiWine Restaurant & Wine Bar in Astoria, Queens offers dinner specials that include $11 Steamed Mussels with their choice of broths: Mariniere (shallot, garlic, white wine, parsley and preserved lemon), Basquaise (fire-roasted red peppers, vidalia onions, herbs and white wine), Provencal (garlic, white wine, tomato broth and herbs de provence), Normandes (slab bacon, wild mushrooms, apples, light cream and calvados), and Grecque (braised fennel, lemon juice, shallot, garlic, and coriander).
