This sandwich is easy to make and sure to please. With the finest ingredients, the simple flavors come shining through.
Ingredients:
-2 slices of Euroclassic Brioche sliced sandwich
-2 tbsp. Hellman's Mayonnaise
-¼ lb. Fairway Calabrese Roast Turkey
-Perfectly ripe Jersey field tomato
-Fresh ground pepper and fresh ground sea
Method:
-Take two slices of Euroclassic Brioche sliced sandwich bread.
-On either side of the bread, spread the one and only Hellman's mayonnaise. Generously.
-Mound 4 slices of Fairway Calabrese roast turkey on one slice of the bread.
-Locate one perfectly ripe Jersey field tomato - don't worry, you don't have to look far - they're in season. Slice thin and place two pieces on top of the turkey.
-Pop on some fresh ground pepper and fresh ground sea salt - just enough to trigger the tomato into action.
-Place right side slice on top of built sandwich to cement the deal.
