Celebrate the holidays with a pizza party at one of the city's favorite pizza restaurants. PN Wood Fired Pizza in NoMad is having an unlimited pizza Christmas event on Tuesday, December 19th from 8PM to 9:30PM. For only $30 per person, guests will have access to unlimited pizza along with Peroni beer, red and white wine. Pies that are available will include their signature Margherita and the fully vegan Vegaccina pie, made with Kite Hill Almond cream cheese, rainbow cherry tomatoes, and vegan house made spinach pesto, in addition to other options.
When PN Wood Fired Pizza first opened in NoMad, it changed the rules by allowing guests to choose the specialty flour used in their pizza crust, and by aging the dough to break down gluten and ease digestion. The result was delicious, high quality pizza that happened to be healthier than the alternatives.
Now a neighborhood fixture, the restaurant has added additional pizzas and flours to its lineup of organic imported varieties, and has redesigned its menu of simple Italian fare to include a large array of tasty healthy vegan and vegetarian options and house made pastas. The concept was created by PN Managing Partner, Giacomo Baldi who is also CEO of Molino Grassi USA, the specialty flour company that PN sources from. Baldi's vision for tastier, healthier pizza and Italian cuisine is informed by over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry as a chef and consultant.
