BLACKBERRY MOJITO

YIELD: 4 servings

PREP TIME: 20 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 3/4 cup Mocktails Brand Vida Loca Margarita, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
  • 8-12 oz. seltzer water (plain, lemon or lime)
  • crushed ice
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 4 fresh mint sprigs

Directions:

In a small pan, bring sugar, 1 tablespoon water and ¼ cup of blackberries to a boil. Allow to boil for 3-5 minutes. Cool and strain syrup, discarding cooked blackberries.

Whisk together blackberry syrup, Mocktails Brand Vida Loca Margarita and mint. Pour mixture into the bottom of four tall glasses. Toss in several fresh berries, then fill glasses 2/3 full with crushed ice.

Top each glass off with seltzer water. Garnish with remaining blackberries, lime wedges and mint sprigs.

Note: To make it a cocktail, reduce the Mocktails Brand Vida Loca Margarita to ½ cup and add ¼ cup white rum.

LAVENDER SCOTTISH LEMONADE

YIELD: 4 servings

PREP TIME: 20 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup dried food-grade lavender buds
  • 1 teaspoon neon purple gel food coloring (optional)
  • 1 bottle Mocktails Brand Scottish Lemonade Whiskey Sour
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • fresh lemon slices

Directions:

In a small pan, bring sugar, water and lavender buds to a boil. Allow to boil for 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in food coloring, if desired. Strain syrup through a fine-mesh strainer, discarding lavender buds.

In a large pitcher, stir together lavender syrup and Mocktails Brand Scottish Lemonade Whiskey Sour. Just before serving, add ice. Garnish with lemon slices.

Note: To make it a cocktail, stir in ½ cup Limoncello to the pitcher.

PALOMA SPARKLER

YIELD: 4 servings

PREP TIME: 5 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Mocktails Brand Karma Sucra Cosmopolitan, chilled
  • 4 oz. pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and wedged
  • crushed ice
  • sparkling water
  • 1 lime, wedged

Directions:

Fill four Tom Collins glasses halfway full with Mocktails Brand Karma Sucra Cosmopolitan, add 1 oz. pink grapefruit juice to each glass. Place grapefruit wedges in each. Top with ice and sparkling water. Garnish with a lime.

Note: To make it a cocktail, add 1 oz. grapefruit vodka (instead of grapefruit juice) to each glass before topping off with sparkling water.
