Stop by Long Island City's Mundo at the Paper Factory Hotel to enjoy their festive summer margarita, "The Pachamama." The drink is finished with a spicy salt-cayenne rim that will provide just the right amount of kick. Pair with Mundo's eclectic menu items that includes their Red and Golden Beet Salad or Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes.
Happy hour is offered Monday through Friday with $4 beers and $5 house selected drinks and wines. A special menu of brunch cocktails is offered on Saturday and Sunday. Mundo's other specialty cocktails include the Blueberry Fashion (bourbon, muddled blueberries, brown sugar, bitters) and the Zen (gin, yuzu juice, aloevera-lemongrass syrup, mint)

The Pachamama (one serving)
Ingredients:
2 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Orange liqueur
3/4 oz. Lime juice
1/2 oz. Cucumber extract
1 tsp. of equal parts kosher salt and cayenne pepper
8 Basil leaves
Instructions:
1. Combine Tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and cucumber extract and shake over ice.
2. Coat the rim of the Martini glass with lime juice
3. Dip rim in the Salt and Pepper for a spicy rim
4. Strain liquid in Martini glass
