"Dan's Taste of Summer" returns Memorial Day Weekend with Rosé Soirée, the first of five can't-miss East End culinary events that will offer Hampton foodies unforgettable evenings dining under the stars throughout the summer months. Summer starts here! The biggest kickoff to summer in the Hamptons is back: Dan's Rosé Soirée presented by Porsche premiered last Memorial Day to a sell-out crowd, and the excitement returns once again, bigger and better! Rosé season is upon us, and there's no better way to welcome the 2018 Hamptons Summer Season than by enjoying some of the finest rosés from around the world at the prestigious Southampton Arts Center. Guests will enjoy over 40 varieties of rosé, craft cocktails and delicious bites from NYC and Hamptons restaurants such as Sandbar, The Preston House and Hotel, and the anticipated French Mediterranean restaurant Maison Vivienne. General Admission tickets will offer entrance to the entire event from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM and VIP tickets grant access to the exclusive Rosé After Dark VIP After Party presented by The Palm by Whispering Angel from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. While sipping on Whispering Angel's debut rosé, The Palm, and enjoying late-night bites, guests will dance to the ultimate '80s band, The Ronald Reagans, who return to the VIP After Party.

Dan's Chefs of the North Fork will make its debut at The Halyard at Sound View Greenport on Saturday, July 7th. Guests will enjoy an intimate five-course seated dinner featuring an unprecedented lineup of acclaimed chefs on the North Fork. This new event will be a celebration of North Fork cuisine honoring North Fork Table & Inn owner Claudia Fleming, who is a James Beard Foundation Award Winner for Outstanding Pastry Chef and is considered the mother of dining out on the North Fork. Local restaurant favorites include Peconic Escargot, Oyster Pond Shellfish, Grace & Grit and North Fork Table & Inn. Tickets grant access to the cocktail hour from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM and dinner from 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

The most thrilling culinary competition of the summer returns to the incomparable Fairview Farm this July with Dan's GrillHampton, a beloved event that pits East End chefs against Manhattan chefs in a grill-focused cooking showdown and tasting event where guests and celebrity judges alike vote for the best food of the night. This year's celebrity host is David Burtka, chef, caterer and award-winning actor, who will soon release his first cookbook, "Life is a Party," in the Spring of 2019. Along with returning favorites such as Shake Shack and Smokin' Wolf BBQ, this year's event welcomes new restaurants such as Noah's on the Road and il Buco Alimentari e Vineria. The grand tent overlooking Mecox Bay will be filled not just with delectable grilled fare, beer and specialty cocktails, but also the music of Long Island's favorite band, Mike DelGuidice & Big Shot - celebrating the music of Billy Joel! Past judges and celebrity hosts include Iron Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, Food Network's Adam Richman, Live! with Kelly and Ryan's Michael Gelman, and Dan's Papers founder Dan Rattiner. VIP entry begins at 7:00 PM and will give guests access to the best-grilled dishes before the crowds begin as well as access to the waterfront VIP lounge. General Admission is at 8:00 PM.

Dan's Taste of Two Forks presented by Farrell Building Company returns for its 8th consecutive year as the number one event of summer in the Hamptons. This evening celebrates standout East End restaurants and wineries from both the North and South Forks. Enjoy the best of the Hamptons by tasting dishes from revered East End chefs who know and love beach cuisine. Guests will savor a selection of food and beverage from Long Island wineries, East End purveyors and local restaurants such as Topping Rose House, Gurney's Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa, The Frisky Oyster, Highway Restaurant, Maison Vivienne and dozens more. Dan's Taste of Summer presents Dan's MonTaco, the ultimate waterfront fiesta, on Saturday, August 4th, hosted by the newly refurbished Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina along with their new chef, Erik MacMurray. Guests are invited to experience a Latin-inspired celebration like no other, featuring renowned chefs' culinary twists on classic Mexican cuisine.
