It will be available for viewing throughout the season. The gingerbread hotel stands over six feet tall and took three pastry chefs more than 270 hours to create. Additional floor-to-ceiling holiday décor at Hilton Chicago includes the hotel's iconic 24 ft. Christmas tree with thousands of metallic ornaments, two thousand inches of decorated garland, a 30" Poinsettia kissing ball and 60 ft. wreaths throughout the hotel.
