Gorton's Seafood Partners with SparkPeople to Offer Healthy Eating Support

The crew at Gorton's Seafood is once again taking steps to help people eat better in the New Year. In addition to offering 14 perfectly-portioned, lean protein Grilled Fillets and Simply Bake Fillets that are certified gluten free and come in a variety of flavors and species ranging from wild-caught Salmon to Tilapia to Alaska Pollock, Gorton's is partnering with SparkPeople.com, the largest healthy-living community on the web, to develop a 30-Day Realistic Resolution Challenge.

The Challenge launches January 5 and participants will receive daily challenges, recipe ideas, shopping lists, nutritious eating tips and daily motivation to support health and nutrition goals. The challenge is free for anyone to join on SparkPeople.com or through the free app available on the iTunes Store or Google Play.
