Feed Your Soul Bakery - Feed Your Soul Bakery is an online retailer for cookies, brownies and other baked goods that will be opening its first storefront Café at 14 Wall Street this spring. The founder and CEO, Mya Zoracki has shared a recipe on their "Drunken Cookies," oatmeal stout cookies with chocolate chips that are made from an oatmeal stout reduction.
Drunken Cookies (Servings: Approximately 2 dozen cookies)
Ingredients:
1 12-ounce bottle of your favorite Oatmeal Stout (reduced to 6 ounces), 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 1 cup butter, unsalted at room temperature; 2/3 cup sugar; 2/3 cup brown sugar; 2 eggs; 2 cups all-purpose flour; 1 tsp baking soda; ½ tsp baking powder; 1 tsp salt; 2 ½ cups rolled oats; 1 ¾ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1) Pour beer into a pot and turn on medium high. Keep an eye on the reduction so it doesn't boil over. Once reduced by half, remove from heat and let cool. 2) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 3) Cream the butter and sugars 4) Add the eggs and beat again 5) Add 1/2 cup of reduced stout and the vanilla extract. 6) In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and oats and stir. 7) Pour dry ingredients into wet and stir to combine just until evenly mixed. Do not over mix. 8) Add chocolate chips and stir on low. 9) Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour 10) Use a small ice cream scoop (about 2 tablespoons) to portion cookie dough and set on baking sheets about 1 inch apart. 11) Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet.

Ingredients
1.5 oz. Stolichnaya
1 oz. ginger-honey syrup*
.5 oz. lime juice
3 oz. lager or Pilsner beer
Intstructions
Combine all ingredients in a Moscow Mule cup and fill with crushed ice. *To make ginger-honey syrup, combine equal parts (by volume) rough-chopped ginger, boiling water and honey in a blender. Purée ingredients until mixture is smooth, then strain through a fine strainer or cheesecloth.
