This fall, guests of Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House can indulge in a special burger and wine pairing curated by expert wine director Crystl Horton.
From now until November 4th, the NYC's steak house institution will feature a glass of Hess Allomi Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley paired with three extraordinary off-menu Classic Lamb Sliders for $34.
Mixed with goat cheese, topped with arugula and crispy fried onions and delicately delivered in a buttery toasted brioche roll with a kick of chipotle aioli, Del Frisco's Classic Lamb Sliders are an ideal complement to the bold Napa Cab - the main grape on the Steak House's award-winning wine list.
Del Frisco's Wine Director, Crystl Horton commented, "The lean meat paired with the savory flavor of goat cheese and the kick of chipotle pair perfectly with the dark rich plum cassis notes you find in the Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa."
Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House is located at 1221 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY. For more information, visit: https://sommsandsliders.com/project/classic-lamb-sliders-del-friscos/.
