Chef Ryan Scott, best known as a charismatic contestant on "Top Chef," a successful restaurateur and the Emmy Award winning host of his own San Francisco-based TV Show, "Food Rush," brings his cooking acumen East when he demos seasonal dishes at the BlueStar booth #285 at the 2015 Architectural Digest Home Design Show. BlueStar will showcase dozens of products - in a variety of different colors - that provide the home chef with a cooking experience that only can be matched by a restaurant kitchen environment.

Visitors to the BlueStar ADHD Show exhibit on March 19th will have the opportunity to not only meet the Chef and watch him demo his favorite recipes, but they also will get to sample a few for themselves.

"I love to create food people want to eat every day, and to do it well," says Scott. Even though he cooks all day long, Scott still loves cooking at home. His mom taught him that food brings together family and friends, and being able to work on a commercial gas range at home makes that possible. Chef Scott wants appliances that can keep up with his high-energy lifestyle and need for high-powered cooking performance.

"Even though I cook all day long, I still love cooking at home," explains Scott. "I fell in love with the BlueStar high heat open burners. There is a level of precision and control that comes with this range that is simply unmatched. A BlueStar range generates some of the highest BTUs available to residential users, as well as a gentle 130-degree simmer, and offers a huge oven that fits a commercial size sheet pan." Ryan will put many of these special features to good use when he cooks live on BlueStar equipment at the ADHD Show.

Currently Ryan is the proprietor of Ryan Scott 2 Go LLC which includes Ryan Scott 2go catering, Market & Rye and his just relaunched Food Truck 3-Sum Eats. In addition to hosting "Food Rush," Scott also is the host of the #1 food radio show on the West Coast, "Cooking with Ryan Scott" every Saturday from 5-7 on KGO Radio 810am. Scott also is one of the elite BlueStar All Stars, a collection of chefs, critics and interior designers who are passionate about achieving restaurant quality results at home.

Handcrafted in Reading, PA since 1880, the BlueStar product line features multiple gas range lines; a new high-performance electric wall oven; gas rangetops and cooktops; gas wall ovens; professional-style kitchen hoods; and salamander grills. The equipment can be customized in virtually limitless configurations to suit any personal cooking preferences and is available in any one of 750+ colors. The BlueStar ADHD Show booth promises to be a feast for the eyes as well as for the palate.
