CASAMIGOS Cocktail Recipes for Fall Reveling

And Ruth Chris in Jersey City is currently debuting a special house cocktail that features Casamigos tequila, their "Rosita Margarita."

CASAMIGOS PALOMA

Ingredients: 2 oz. Casamigos Reposado, .75 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice, .5 Fresh Lime Juice, .25 oz. Agave Nectar, Splash with Grapefruit Soda, Garnish: Wedge of Grapefruit

Method: Combine all ingredients, except Grapefruit Soda into shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8 -10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish.

SMOKY CASA MARGARITA

Ingredients: 2 oz. Casamigos Mezcal, 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice, .75 oz. Agave Nectar, 2 dashes Orange Bitters, Garnish: Flamed Orange Peel

Method: Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish.

REPOSADO NEW FASHIONED

Ingredients: 2 oz. Casamigos Reposado, .25 oz. Simple Syrup, 2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters, 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters, Garnish: 1 rolled Grapefruit Peel through Skewer

Method: Combine all ingredients into crystal or glass mixer. Add ice. Stir with bar spoon for about 30 seconds. Strain into glass. Add large ice block. Garnish.
