The authentic Mexican restaurant, Cantina Rooftop in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood of New York City recently hosted a private holiday celebration with the world-renowned chef, Rick Bayless in collaboration with Modelo Negra. Chef Bayless, who has just released his book, "More Mexican Every Day," demonstrated three distinctive recipes featuring Modelo Negra. Broadwayworld.com was there for all the excitement and to sample the delicious culinary delights.
Guests enjoyed Grilled Duck Breasts with Mole Colorado, Tacos of Garlicky Mexican Greens and the Modelo Negra Chocolate Float. They also enjoyed drinks crafted by Cantina Rooftop's in-house mixologist, Nelson Lemus, while Executive Chef Gonzalo Colin and his team were on hand to help Chef Bayless with the preparation of the meal.
At the end of the event everyone received signed copies of Bayless' new cookbook, "More Mexican Every Day."
