Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House New York invites guests to toast the warm weather with award-winning sparkling wines at the "Bubbles & Stars Summer Soiree" on Tuesday, July 26th from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Wine Director Crystl Faye will pour vintage champagnes including Dumangin 1994, Veuve Clicquot Brut and Billecart Salmon Rose Champagne from France, as well as Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs from California, Muga Cava from Spain and Altaneve Prosecco from Italy
A menu of passed tapas expertly paired by Executive Chef Brian Christman will feature caviar and local flavors from each region. They include, Seared fois gras on brioche with strawberry balsamic jam and cocoa; BBQ glazed shrimp filled with jalapeño cream cheese and wrapped in bacon; Wild mushroom toast with triple cream brie and basil pesto; Petite crab cakes with Cajun lobster and brioche; Salmon tartare with toasted coriander seed salmon roe pickled blueberry and micro basil and Maine lobster cannoli with tarragon mousse, fig and blackberry coulis.
The Bubbles and Stars Summer Soiree will be held at the Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House Patio, with the lights of Radio City gleaming in the background. The cost is $195 per person plus tax and gratuity.
