Bar of the Week: ROSINA Cocktail Bar at The Palazzo in Las Vegas

Rosina, the stylish cocktail bar at The Palazzo in Las Vegas is located on the casino floor but it is a true retreat from the hustle and bustle. Whether you want to take a break from gaming, stop by before a show, indulge in an after dinner drink or have a nightcap, this is the ideal venue. They feature handcrafted cocktails, a top selection of spirits, along with beer and wines. The excellent service and the bar's beautiful, classic ambiance makes you feel like a very special guest.

Rosina just opened in December of 2017. The intimate, luxurious setting accommodates sixty five persons. Whether you choose to relax at the bar, take your place at a table for two, or relax in a booth on their lush velvet banquettes, you'll feel totally comfortable.

We stopped by on a Friday night for drinks before heading to a show. The menu has a top selection of classic cocktails using the finest ingredients like their Vodka Gimlet, Negroni, Mint Julep, Whiskey Sour or a Margarita. We ordered two of their artisanal drinks. A house specialty is the "Seasonal Fix" with a choice of spirits, fresh lemon and muddled fruit. Their "Airmail" is a refreshing mix of rum, lime, honey, and champagne.

Our time at Rosina was such a pleasure, we came back the following evening for a glass of fine wine. There were great choices and we settled on the Four Graces Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon. And champagne lovers will like the "Champagne Call Button." With just one touch, your flute will be topped off so you can enjoy as much bubbly as you wish.

If you love chocolate, you're in for a treat. From 9:00 pm to midnight, The team at Rosina has selected chocolates from famed French chocolatier Debauve & Gallais to be paired with your cocktail.

Rosina is an elegant destination that will make your time in Las Vegas memorable. Conde Nast Traveler has even named it one of the "Best Bars in Vegas." Put it on your list of things to do when you're on the strip and looking for a top spot in the "City of Lights."
