Clase Azul is a truly artisanal tequila company. They are an 18 year-old company but have only been in New York for about 2 years. Owners, Arturo Lomeli and Juan Sanchez, are two childhood friends who own and operate the company completely independent of any investors and they are proud to keep it that way. Clase Azul presently has distribution in the US, Australia, Japan, Mexico and Brazil and they also have partnerships with all of the luxury resorts in Mexico. They have received all of their media attention completely organically. Tequila aficionados love them and their motto is "Share happiness and captivate the world through the magic of Tequila!"
Each bottle of Clase Azul Tequila is literally touched by the human spirit. The love and nurturing that their craftspeople put into producing Clase Azul starts in the agave fields. It continues through the bottling process in their facility where each bottle is created by hand.
One of their premium tequilas is La Pinta that brings together the unparalleled smoothness of Clase Azul Silver Tequila with the crisp taste of pomegranate to produce a delicious blend and unique flavor. The exotic tequila liqueur is bright red in color and balances a tart and sweet taste profile. Although La Pinta is perfect served on its own, chilled and straight, the one of a kind spirit can also provide the perfect base for a premium fresh cocktail. La Pinta is a unique spirit inspired by tradition and produced with today's modern cocktail culture in mind. This distinctive flavored tequila can enhance the most cherished occasions in life.
The essence of Casa Tradition is inspired by a mission to rediscover and reveal a deeper appreciation for the beauty of Mexican traditions. In honor of their 15th anniversary Clase Azul decided to tell a story that involves four unique products of the world, all with Mexican designation: Amber, Olinala, Talavera and Tequila. The challenge was to use all of these materials and create one handmade product. In early 2011, they brought together Mexico's most creative designers, writers, artists and craftsmen to initiate the project. After nearly two years, the result is a series of extraordinary pieces that reflect the essence and culture of Mexico
