Cookina's newest product "Parchminum" is a must in the kitchen. Whether you are baking or roasting, this attractive pan liner makes all the difference in the quality of your foods by insuring a non-stick surface and a very even temperature. The reusable paper works beautifully for your culinary needs. It can be heated to 550 degrees Fahrenheit or 288 degrees Celsius. We recently used Parchminum on baking trays to roast kale chips and for baking chocolate chip cookies.

One Cooking Parchminum sheet can replace up to twenty-five boxes of aluminum foil or parchment paper (25 square foot rolls). That means that Parchminum is over ten times less expensive than parchment paper and eight times less expensive than aluminum foil. The full sheet measures approximately 12 X 16 inches or 30 X 40 centimeters. This durable product is also extremely easy to clean and stores in a compact roll.

When you use Parchminum, no oil, butter or non-stick sprays are needed allowing for healthier, low-fat preparation. Foods cooked on Parchminum can go straight from the oven to the table, perfect for presenting your favorite recipes right in their cooking pans. The sheet remains shiny and spotless even after hundreds of uses.

We like the eco-friendly elements of Parchminum. The reusable sheet cuts down on waste and clutter in the kitchen and is also PFOA-free.

Cookina products also include "Barbeque" for grilling, "Cuisine" for baking sheets and pans and "Gard" for the bottom of your oven. For more information and to find out where you can buy Parchminum and the other fine Cookina products, visit http://cookina.co/.
