Review: Make WALLENPAUPACK BREWING COMPANY Your Food and Drink Destination in the Poconos

When you're traveling in the Pennsylvania Poconos, discover Wallenpaupack Brewing Company. This grand brewpub is doing everything right. They offer delicious food and drink in a casual, industrial chic setting. Seating options include a spacious dining room with both communal and small tables along with an expansive bar and outdoor patio space in the nice weather. Convenient counter service allows each guest to make his or her meal choice.

We chatted with Owner, Becky Ryman. She told us that they opened in September of 2017 and they consistently receive great feedback from their customers. Locals and people from miles around visit to enjoy the brewpub experience. Becky also commented, "We want everyone to know that Wallenpaupack Brewery is family friendly and that we do special events."

Executive Chef Larry Mullally has created a menu of elevated pub fare. He uses the Company's beer in recipes whenever possible and there's something on the menu for all tastes and styles. One of their signature items is the "Beer Can Nachos," a great sharing plate. Tortilla chips are piled high with chicken roasted with Paupack Cream Ale, roasted corn, BBQ Sauce, jalapenos, sour cream, salsa, beer cheese and a side of fresh, creamy guacamole. Their Prusciutto Flat Bread is also a delicious app along with the Cauliflower Bites, and Brew Chips. The menu has soup, salad and tempting "Sammies and Burgers" that includes a savory Taco Trio, their Pit Master Burger, Slaw Dogs, and the Housemade Black Bean, Roasted Corn & Quinoa Burger. The food menu suggests beer pairings for some of the items so you can make the very best combinations.

Wallenpaupack Brewing Company knows just how to craft excellent brews that includes Amber Lager, Paupack Cream Ale, Largemouth IPA, and seasonal choices. Their popular beer flight gives guests a tasting of four selections. And you can purchase a six-pack or growler to take home. They also do a wholesale business.

Wallenpaupack Brewing Company is a one-of-a-kind spot in the area. They are close to beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack, some charming Pocono communities and local ski resorts.
