Walt Disney World continues to please their guests by expanding both casual and fine dining options. There are new eateries in the parks to complement attractions and exciting restaurants that you won't find anywhere else. Check out some of the ones we recently discovered and learn about a few that are getting ready to open for visitors.

PADDLEFISH (Disney Springs)

Fine food and drink along with great times are what memories are made of. Dining at Paddlefish in Disney Springs is an experience that you will truly relish. With gorgeous views of Lake Buena Vista, this chic, seafood-centric restaurant is brought to you by Levy Restaurants. Formerly known as Fulton's Crab House, Paddlefish has had a multi-million dollar transformation that includes a stunning new interior and exterior design. The multi-level venue offers a modern yacht experience with both indoor and outdoor dining. The venue's friendly, efficient service makes your visit especially enjoyable.

Paddlefish is open for lunch, dinner and lounge service with enticing menu offerings. The raw bar selections and starters are sure to please. Their Lobster Guacamole is one of the best we've ever had with ripe, creamy avocado, Maine lobster, chilies, cilantro and lime. Prepared tableside and served with crispy tortilla chips, it's a sharable delight. And several house favorites that were on Fulton's Crab House menu like the Lobster Corn Dogs will still be available.

The freshest seafood that includes Maine Lobster, King Crab, Snow Crab, sea bass, and salmon are all prepared to perfection. Exciting new specialties like their creamy, savory Lobster Risotto and tender Scallops with brown butter are now a part of their offerings. There's also a selection of dishes "From the Land" like Filet Mignon and Pork Osso Bucco. We also like the generous "Kids Menu" makes Paddlefish a great choice for families. And for those with a sweet tooth, indulge in desserts like their Charred Carrot Cake or Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Tart or Key Lime Pie.

Sip and savor. Paddlefish has lounge areas that are perfect for late night refreshment and small plates. A great beverage program has been especially designed for guests. It includes an inspired cocktail menu based on classic drinks using fresh ingredients and spirits by small craft artisan distillers. There is also a fine selection of beer and a top-notch wine list.

Come aboard Paddlefish. It's your chance to savor a wonderful dining experience while you relax and plan more of your adventures at Walt Disney World. Paddlefish also offers private dining rooms and event space. For more information, visit: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/disney-springs/paddlefish/.

SATU'LI CANTEEN (Animal Kingdom)

Satu'li Canteen is an eatery that has been perfectly designed for Animal Kingdom's newest attraction, "Pandora-The World of Avatar." This approachable, fast-casual eatery is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The inviting atmosphere has comfortable seating for parties of all sizes and the décor features colorful artifacts of Pandora's Na'vi people. The menu is inspired by the healthful bounty of the Pandoran planet with fresh, plant-based foods, hearty proteins and a nice selection of kid-friendly items. Diners can customize their own "bowls" with a base of whole grain rice or red and sweet potato hash and more. Add items that include wood-grilled chicken, chili spiced fried tofu, or sustainable fish. And finish it off with dressings like black bean vinaigrette or creamy herbed dressing. Guests can also enjoy steamed "pods" or bao buns with a vegetable curry or cheeseburger filling. Luscious specialty desserts like Blueberry Cheesecake or Chocolate Cake top off your meal. The beverage program includes beer, sangria, wine and a non-alcoholic blend of fresh tropical juices. For those looking for some specialty drinks, adjacent to Satu'li Canteen is the Pongu Pongu Beverage Kiosk. Pandora themed drinks include Avatar Private Label Ale, the Screaming Banshee Margarita, and their glowing Frozen Nectar.
