Review: DEL FRISCOS GRILLE Debuts in the Financial District

Del Frisco's Grille Brookfield Place is a very welcome addition to the downtown restaurant scene. It is a perfect location for those working in the financial district, area residents, commuters, and tourists. The two-story venue has been beautifully designed to create a welcoming environment for socializing with comfortable seating for parties of all sizes, an expansive bar, and a stylish patio area for the nice weather. The venue also features an array of stunning artwork.

Del Frisco Grille Brookfield Place offers a tempting menu of elevated classics that use the finest market-fresh ingredients. This is a go-to spot for anytime eats. Whether you visit for lunch, dinner, or a quick bite, you will find pleasing selections that you can pair with their superb beverage program.

We stopped by and enjoyed some of our favorite Del Frisco Grille menu items. The Cheesesteak Eggrolls, Ahi Tuna Tacos, and Roasted Tomato Flatbread are ideal sharable plates. They offer a fantastic raw bar selection with the freshest oysters, jumbo shrimp and crab legs. For entrees, we love their Prime Beef Short Rib Stroganoff and the Seared Salmon Filet. There are also chef-inspired menu items that round out the menu. It's good to know that Del Frisco's presents gluten-free items and choices to suit all dietary preferences.

Cocktail enthusiasts will like Del Frisco's Grille's signature drinks. The "VIP" will make your day with Sweet Hawaiian Pineapple-Infused Svedka Clementine Vodka. And the "Youth Serum" has fresh cucumber, fresh mint, Ketel One Vodka and fresh lemon sour. One of our favorites is their distinctive Red Sangria with Malbec, Stoli Razberi, Cointreau, Sweet and Sour, white peach puree and fresh lime. Del Freco's Grille also boasts and award-winning wine list and a fine selection of beers.

Your sweet tooth has found a home with Del Frisco Grille's luscious desserts. Their Coconut Cream Pie, Salted Caramel Pudding Jar, and Nutella Bread Pudding are not to be missed. Enjoy them with a cup of coffee, tea or an aperitif.
