BTH (By The Hudson), the new American restaurant that recently opened on the Hudson River front in West Harlem, is launching a music program that will accompany their weekend brunches.

The Nate Lucas All Stars will be playing on Saturdays. Nate Lucas is an influential Harlem jazz musician. As a renowned organist and band leader, his reputation has garnered attention in his local neighborhood and far beyond. In keeping with their commitment to the community, BTH's Sunday brunch will feature local DJ's.

Sweeping views of the Hudson River and West Harlem Piers from the restaurant's wrap-around windows set the scene for a brunch of American classics with Chef Lusianie Otero's personal gourmet touches. Menu selections include Sweet Potato Pancakes cradling cinnamon-laced apples and fresh fruit, with a dollop of crème fraiche. Eggs and Grits offers a homey start to your day, with a kick from Spanish chorizo. Their Chicken Waffle Sandwich topped with crisp bacon, lettuce and tomato.

Patrons can also order the brunch prix fixe which offers a choice of one brunch item from the menu plus unlimited mimosas and bellinis for 1.5 hours.

Brunch will be served Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3:30pm. Call 212-222-2841 for reservations and visit www.bythehudson.com for more information. The restaurant is located at 712 West 125th Street, New York, NY 10027.
