KTCHN, the Hell's Kitchen dining destination for New Yorkers and global travelers alike, located in The OUT Hotel, received a traditional Italian makeover this season with exciting new menu choices. Diners can now enjoy a selection of Italian classics including meatballs, pastas and homemade thin crust pizza.

The mastermind behind these new offerings is Hell's Kitchen's own Chef Crispin Mejia. Known by the community as the "King of 9th Avenue" he has fourteen years experience and has leant his culinary expertise to hotspots including Puttanesca and Le Zie, and is the co-owner of Crispin's. Chef Crispin is shaking things up at KTCHN to bring Manhattan diners his most famous dishes that promise to rival Mom's Italian dinners at home.

"I wanted to create a menu that appealed to the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood and you can't go wrong with homemade pizza," said Chef Crispin. He continues, "We will still offer KTCHN's signature options like the KTCHN Burger for those looking to stick to their classic options."

Chef Crispin's menu is a playful and inventive selection of elevated Italian favorites using the freshest ingredients. Selections include starters like Pizza Bruschetta with chopped tomato and Parmesan and Pizza Crostini with porcini mushrooms and truffle oil, Classic Meatballs with homemade tomato sauce, and Calamari and Mussels. For pasta lovers, KTCHN will provide flavorful choices including Rigatoni Bolognese with pork, veal and beef smothered in Pomodoro sauce, Spaghetti Carbonara with smoked bacon, pecorino Romano, eggs and cream sauce, and for a lighter option Garlic Spaghetti dressed with olive oil.

For meat eaters, Chef Crispin offers Marinated Rib-Eye steak with roasted potatoes, Scottish Grilled Salmon with garlic sautéed spinach and caramelized plum tomatoes and Grilled Branzino with roasted potatoes and broccoli rabe. KTCHN will also provide a selection of handmade tossed artisanal pizzas including the classic Margherita with Italian tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella, and the Prosciutto with Romano and mozzarella.

At KTCHN it's important to save room for dessert, as the team packs in the flavor with tantalizing choices including a classic Italian Tiramisu and Ricotta Cheesecake drizzled in strawberry sauce.

KTCHN Restaurant is located at 508 West 42nd Street and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and on Sunday's hosts their famous Sunday Brunch with Haus of Mimosa. For more information please call 212-868-2999 or visit www.ktchnnyc.com.
