We attended an exciting event at Wall Street Keste Pizza & Vino where owner and acclaimed pizzaolo, Roberto Caporuscio was joined by fellow top pizzaolos in the Neapolitan-style pizza. They included Gino Sorbillo, Rosario Ferraro, Jonathan Goldsmith, and Giulio Adriani. Their pizza making showcased authentic techniques and the use of the finest Italian ingredients.
There is a tempting array of menu items at Keste. Gourmands who appreciate delicious toppings on a light, delectable crust have found a home. Pizzas include classic and artisanal selections like the Margherita with Sausage, Vegetariana, Quattro Formaggi, Marinara Keste, and the Norma made with eggplant. They also offer gluten-free choices. But Keste is not all about Pizza. There is a broad menu with appetizers like their Potato Croquets, Arancino and Homemade Truffle Burrata along with a great selection of salads, panninis and more.
Keste's beverage program has been especially designed to pair with their menu items. Italian beer and wine along with a cocktail program that includes favorites like Negronis will surely please customers.
