BELVOIR LEMONADES Make Festive Cocktails

Are you ready to start planning some holiday menus? We have two fantastic cocktails that are made using Belvoir Lemonades, the sparkling beverage made with organic elderflower and fresh organic lemon juice. Whether it's a refreshing cocktail for a friendly get-together after shopping or an elegant sip at your biggest gathering, the Tipsy Elderflower Float and The Holiday Mule are perfect additions to any menu. Check out these recipes that are sure to please.

Tipsy Elderflower Float

Ingredients:

-Strawberry Ice Cream

-1 cup Sparkling Soda Water

-1/4 cup Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower & Rose Lemonade

-Sparkling White Wine

-Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)

Method: In a glass of choice place in a couple of scoops of strawberry ice cream. In a small measuring glass mix the sprite and Elderflower & Rose Lemonade. Pour desired amount over the sherbet. Top glass with Sparkling Speak Wines and a garnish with fresh strawberries. Serve immediately.

The Holiday Mule

Ingredients:

-2 oz Vodka

-1 oz Lime Juice

-Belvoir Ginger Beer

-Lime Wedge for garnish

Method: Pour the vodka and lime juice into a Copper mug with ice cubes. Top off with Belvoir Ginger Beer lemonade. Garnish with the lime wedge.
