Discovery Channel's NAKED AND AFRAID season finale special, Naked and Afraid: Bares All, was the #1 original cable telecast among Persons and Men 25-54 delivery and Persons and Men 18-49 delivery on Saturday, August 3. Saturday's airing earned 1.35 HH/1.09 P25-54 rating with 2 million total viewers P2+. Driven by the season finale special, Discovery Channel beat every broadcast network among Men 18-49 (no exclusions) in Prime.

The Hub Network, a destination for kids and their families, looks back at the year-to-date and experiences growth in Total Day and Primetime in key demos, including Kids and Girls, as well as Adults, Women and Persons 2+.

Named to the Hockey Hall of Fame in July, NHL legend Chris Chelios is FOX Sports 1's latest addition, joining the new network as an NHL and Olympics analyst. Today at the Television Critics Association meeting, PBS announced the premiere of COMING BACK WITH WES MOORE, a three-part special that personalizes the experiences of returning veterans and celebrates the lives of this group of exceptional people. Breaking Glass Pictures and Vicious Circle Films have announced the August 20th DVD release of An American Ghost Story, the critically acclaimed horror film from director Derek Cole. Written by star Stephen Twardokus, An American Ghost Story was hailed as 'very well-crafted' by Fangoria Magazine and a 'favorite of the year' by Horror News.

Today at the Television Critics Association Press Tour, it was announced that Gwen Ifill and Judy Woodruff will be co-anchors and managing editors for the PBS NEWSHOUR. Ifill and Woodruff will anchor the broadcast together Monday through Thursday each week. On Fridays, Woodruff will anchor solo as Ifill hosts WASHINGTON WEEK that evening. This will mark the first time a network broadcast has had a female co-anchor team.

Last Tuesday's episode of TNT's top-rated Rizzoli & Isles has grown to 7.4 million viewers in Live + 3 delivery, edging out the prior week's audience. The episode has also garnered 2.4 million adults 25-54 and more than 2.0 million adults 18-49, with the latter demo growing +6%. Perception followed with more than 5.0 million in Live + 3 delivery (+3% vs. the prior week's episode). The episode also scored 1.8 million adults 25-54 and 1.5 million adults 18-49, growing +5% in the latter demo.

The Bletchley Circle is returning to PBS for a second season, it was announced today. The four-part series will air on Sunday nights in spring 2014. A production of World Productions (United, 'Line of Duty') and distributed worldwide by Content Television, the series premiered in the U.S. last spring to critical acclaim. The show will top off an evening of destination drama on Sunday nights on PBS, including season three of Call The Midwife at 8:00 p.m. and season two of MASTERPIECE 'Mr. Selfridge' at 9:00 p.m.

'Debbie Macomber's Cedar Cove' is holding strong on Hallmark Channel with the second 1-hour episode achieving a 2.0 household rating and an average of 2 million total viewers. The Saturday, August 3 premiere ranked as the #1 program among households for the 8-9p time period, continuing the momentum from previous weeks.

NBC is unwrapping its new fall offerings with “The 2013 NBC Primetime Preview Show,” hosted by Sean Hayes and the cast of “Sean Saves the World.”

In addition, NBC's telecast of the first game of the NFL preseason scored the highest rating in the Adults 18-49 demo (3.8) for any primetime telecast on any night on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox since Game 7 of the NBA Finals on June 20 (10.6). Sunday's NFL preseason telecast was also #1 for the week in Adults 18-34, Adults 25-54 and all key Adult-Male demos.

“NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams” continued as America's most-watched network evening newscast for the week ending August 2, 2013, according to Nielsen Media Research data. Nightly has won in total viewers for 203 consecutive weeks, and in 250 of the past 251 weeks.

Bundy will take on the role Dr. Jordan Denby, Charlie's new sex study partner. The character is described as 'as a brilliant psychologist whose recent divorce, fondness for alcohol and wild mood swings turns Charlie's life into an emotional roller coaster.'
