Fast forward to 2017 and myself, Justin, Scott and Grant got into the studio and made the Mastersystem record 'Dance Music'.  This record and the short tour we did in early 2018, straight after TMOF 10 year anniversary tour, meant a great deal to me, to us.  

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Jonas Brothers will perform on this year's VMAs from a special remote location in New Jersey. This will be their first time performing on the VMAs in a decade.

On Sunday, August 11th, Hollywood insider, Donelle Dadigan, and respected actress, Lee Purcell, hosted and invitation only screening of the documentary - THE MAX FACTOR.  The film takes a look behind the scenes into the star studded and astounding life of the inventor, pioneer and Hollywood' legendary King of Make-up.  The screening was followed by Q&A with the hosts and Filmmakers Clara and Julia Kuperberg and was moderated by film historian and critic, Leonard Maltin, who remarked 'The Max Factor Building is a true Hollywood treasure. I'm always happy to spend time there celebrating its history.' 

Pop, punk and show rhythms aren't always something thought to be put together -- unless you're Caitlin Cannon. Throughout her new collection, The TrashCannon Album, she combines all three for a rollicking countrypolitan mix that's quite entertaining in spite of the difficult themes she discusses, ranging from gender inequality to alcoholism, addiction, and difficult family situations, among other tough subjects. It's set to be released early next year. The first single, “Toolbag,” premiered today with Glide Magazine, which notes that “with plenty of piano boogie and an uptempo beat, the song rocks, rolls, and begs you to dance along with lyrics and imagery that's gloriously dirty while also being damn fun.”

HEAZZA is the eponymous debut from this Chicago-based singer / songwriter, a recipient of the 2018 Individual Artist Grant from her hometown. Its six tracks were recorded and mixed by Noam Wallenberg at Chicago studio, Rax Tracks, and co-produced by Wallenberg with B Forest. HEAZZA is being released October 4 on the Audible Paint label.

Deadline reports that UFC fighter Francis 'The Predator' Ngannou will join the ninth installment of the Fast & Furious franchise, due out May 22. 

Today, the musical/visual project Kill the Whale: A Musical Odyssey has revealed the second musical series from the epic, entitled “Dusk.” Aptly released in the same year of Herman Melville's 200th birthday, the song introduces the character Starbuck, played by Courtney Bassett (The Great Comet).
