Val Kilmer will present his one man play, Citizen Twain, in a limited run at The Historic Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery over just two weekends this March. The Public Theater (Artistic Director Oskar Eustis; Executive Director Patrick Willingham) announced today that it would extend GATZ, the critically lauded theatrical adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby, a final week through Sunday, May 13. Created and performed by Elevator Repair Service, this award-winning theatrical event, directed by John Collins, was originally scheduled to close on Sunday, May 6. Single tickets, beginning at $160, are on sale now.

The National Theatre of Great Britain's acclaimed production of ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS begins previews on April 6 and the official opening is April 18, 2012 at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street) on Broadway. ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS is a comedy by Richard Bean, based on Carlo Goldoni's The Servant of Two Masters, with songs by Grant Olding, directed by Nicholas Hytner. The star of the show James Corden is featured in this months issue of Vogue Magazine, where he revealed: "There's something really low, really vulgar, and really popular about this form of comedy. It's refreshing not having to be sophisticated."

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, actress Amanda Holden is set to host 'Superstar,' the new reality show in which Andrew Lloyd Webber will search for the character of Jesus in the JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR tour. 'Superstar' is set to begin filming this summer and will air on ITV1.

Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, recognized by U.S. Congress as a vital American 'Cultural Ambassador to the World,' visits Las Vegas from March 20-21 for two performances led by dynamic Artistic Director Robert Battle. Following sold out performances in New York City, Ailey's dancers will move audiences in a series of premieres and new productions that launch an exciting new era in Ailey history.

Today in 2002, Oklahoma! opened at the Gershwin Theatre, where it ran for 388 performances. Oklahoma! is the first musical written by the team of composer Richard Rodgers and librettist Oscar Hammerstein II. The musical is based on Lynn Riggs' 1931 play, Green Grow the Lilacs. Set in Oklahoma Territory outside the town of Claremore in 1906, it tells the story of cowboy Curly McLain and his romance with farm girl Laurey Williams. The original Broadway production opened on March 31, 1943. The 2002 revival featured Josefina Gabrielle as Laurey, Shuler Hensley as Jud, Patrick Wilson as Curly and Andrea Martin as Aunt Eller.

BroadwayWorld has learned that Sting's new stage musical, THE LAST SHIP, which has been on track to come to Broadway before making a transfer to the UK's West End, has been postponed. A staged reading, which was to be casted this week, was originally scheduled to take place April 9-21, with direction by Joe Mantello.
