Sleeping With Sirens have announced a U.S. acoustic tour for summer 2018 featuring special guests, The Rocket Summer and Kulick. Beginning on July 8 in Columbus, the 26-date stint will make stops throughout the U.S., including New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, and more. The newly announced shows come after nearly 100 live performances worldwide in the past year, including shows with Good Charlotte and Rise Against. As GODSMACK and SHINEDOWN gear up for their co-headlining summer amphitheater tour, the two multi-platinum rock groups have revealed an additional run of dates keeping them on the road together into the fall. Newly added dates on the hard-hitting trek--featuring support from Asking Alexandria--include Greensboro, Fort Wayne, Billings, Spokane, Boise, and Portland. In addition to previously announced tour stops in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Dallas, Denver, New York, Chicago and Atlanta, plus many more, the tour will reach over 40 cities in total. Netflix has ordered a new 8-episode anthology series based on the music of Dolly Parton. Each episode of the series will be based on a song by Dolly Parton. Dolly Parton will serve as singer/songwriter, executive producer and will also appear in the series.

The discovery of a previously unknown original Canadian pressing of Prince's The Black Album has been submitted to the DiscogsDatabase. The discovery of this unique variation and the previous U.S. copies that surfaced were among some of the rarest records in the world. A U.S. variant of The Black Album sold via the Discogs Marketplace in April 2016 for $15,000 and more recently in February 2018 for a reported $42,000 via music historian and record dealer Jeff Goldof Recordmecca.

FELIX CAVALIERE and GENE CORNISH, two legendary founders of The Rascals, are teaming up for the first time in five years for a run of summer and fall tour dates. Commencing July 18 in Stamford, CT, FELIX CAVALIERE AND GENE CORNISH'S RASCALS will stop in Westbury, Alexandria, Anaheim, Saratoga, Cleveland, New York City (October 26 at Town Hall), and Louisville, among other markets. The Gaslight Anthem are following this weekend's triumphant performance at New York City's Governors Ball Music Festival with news of a number of eagerly awaited new shows commemorating the 10th anniversary of their landmark second studio album, THE '59 SOUND.
