CBS today announced season finale dates for its primetime comedies, drama and unscripted series.

From YouTube Red, Universal Cable Productions and Hypnotic comes the teaser for YouTube Red Original series IMPULSE, a genre-bending action-thriller created by Doug Liman, starring Maddie Hasson and Missi Pyle.  Impulse will premiere this summer.

From Friday, April 20 through Wednesday, April 25, BAMcinématek presents a retrospective of the work of Chadian director Mahamat-Saleh Haroun. The director's films, which remain mostly overlooked in the US, have won acclaim at both the Venice and Cannes international film festivals. Senior Programmer Ashley Clark explains, “Haroun is, without question, one of Africa's greatest living filmmakers.” This retrospective showcases the range of Haroun's work, including his feature and documentary films, displaying, as Clark notes, “his mastery of tone and form.”

The all-new special MEGHAN MARKLE: AN AMERICAN PRINCESS will air Friday, May 11 (8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. The two-hour event will focus on Markle's life and potential legacy as the first American to marry into the British royal family since 1937.

In addition to its DVD and VOD release, Dylan Reynolds' 4/20 Massacre will also now get a theatrical release in Los Angeles from 4/20.

Drum & bass star, Mefjus aka Martin Schober, has revealed two tracks from his second artist album, 'Manifest'. 'Muskox' and'Assembler' are both available to stream now, and have been released as part of a series of singles ahead of the album itself onThursday 26 April 2018 (via Noisia's Vision imprint). These new tracks join the album's first unveiled material, 'If I Could' and'Ringshifter'.

The Art Directors Guild (ADG) Film Society and the American Cinematheque are co-hosting the annual 2018 Screening Series “Production Design: Designers On Design” highlighting the work of renowned Production Designers and their creative collaborations. The monthly series will run from April through August, and the screenings will alternate between the American Cinematheque's Lloyd E. Rigler Theatre at the Egyptian (6712 Hollywood Boulevard, Hollywood) and the Max Palevsky Theatre at the Aero (1328 Montana Avenue, Santa Monica) with all screenings starting at 5:30 pm. Moderating the screenings are Production Designers THOMAS A. This spring, the New York Guitar Festival and Arts Brookfield will present two days of performances devoted entirely to classical and flamenco Spanish guitar music at Brookfield Place.

Done in partnership with ABFF Studios, the television and production arm of the American Black Film Festival (ABFF), this dynamic new interview series brings viewers inside the lives of leading Black figures in film, television, sports, arts, music and social action, through one-on-one intimate and candid conversations. In this episode, host Chris Spencer (executive producer of Grown-ish, Real Husbands of Hollywood) sits down with actress Regina Hall (Girls Trip, Think Like a Man,The Best Man) in front of a live audience for an honest, and often hilarious conversation, filled with personal stories about the successes and setbacks in her life and career and some surprising lessons she's learned along the way. Each taping is followed by a meet and greet hospitality event where the audience can engage with the featured guest. The world as we know it has ended.
