On the heels of a fan-favorite tour with UK punks Moose Blood and in anticipation of their seventh release, Arizona indie-rockers Lydia are announcing a massive US-wide tour this summer in support ofLiquor, their first release with Weekday Records. The band will be joined by labelmates Cherry Poolsas well as fellow Arizonans Jared & the Mill for what's sure to be an all-in event, every single night. Las Vegas-based producer/DJ BORGEOUS shares his newest release, theDEAR ME, EP, today (May 16). The season finds the optimistic Kimmy starting a new career as HR manager of the startup Giztoob, but it's more than she bargained for when her boss tells her she has to fire someone and she unintentionally gets tangled in a #MeToo situation. Also, Jacqueline builds her talent agency empire, but for the moment has only one client (Titus). And between creating and starring in a new (fake) TV show and directing his first middle school play, Titus's own career begins to take off. All the while, Lillian continues to do whatever it takes  to "disrupt" and "burst the paradigm." 

Oscar-award nominated actress Angela Bassett will host The Music Center's 30th Annual Spotlight Grand Finale Performance at The Music Center's Walt Disney Concert Hall on June 5, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. This landmark event will showcase the 14 outstanding Southern California high school students, ages 15-18, who were recently named Grand Prize Finalists and will celebrate three decades of the vital scholarship and arts training program that has helped launch the careers of many of today's most renowned artists. The event culminates a year-long process where more than 1,400 Southern California students participated in the program.

Following its debut in space, a first for a kids television series, the television premiere of 'The Space Station Situation' episode of Disney Junior's 'Mission Force One' (Monday, May 7 at 5:30 p.m. EDT) skyrocketed to new season highs, growing over its most-recent original telecast by 54% in Kids 2-5 (232,000/1.5 rating vs. 151,000/1.0 rating), 105% in Girls 2-5 (135,000/1.8 rating vs. 66,000/0.9 rating), 41% in Kids 2-8 (304,000/1.1 rating vs. 216,000/0.8 rating) and 78% in Girls 2-8 (174,000/1.3 rating vs. 98,000/0.7 rating).
