A List of Nominations in each of the 41 categories for the Helpmann Awards® will be announced in Sydney and Melbourne, concurrently, on Monday 4 July at 6pm at the Capitol Theatre, Sydney and Her Majesty's Theatre, Melbourne. Jonathan Biggins will host the Announcement Event in Sydney, and Todd McKenney will host in Melbourne.

Paradise Theatre has extended its run of GREASE an added performances on July 8 and 9 at 7:30 PM.

In an effort to bring awareness and opportunity of classical music performances to young people, Ravinia Festival teamed with teens from Highland Park High School to create the Classical Youth Initiative, to urge high school students to experience the Chicago Symphony Orchestra for free and a chance to win money for their school's music programs. The program consists of three parts; free lawn attendance for high school students with a valid school I.D. at all classical concerts; a summer-long CSO attendance contest where students can gain points for their school to win a $1,000 grant; and a special high school night including a pre-concert event and the chance to gain double points for the attendance contest.

Joseph Macchia and The Metropolitan Room present Broadway On 22nd Street.This monthly series brings some of the most talented Broadway performers downtown to The Metropolitan Room. This months show will feature six amazing performers. The evening will feature solo numbers as well as several duets.

Musical Footloose, that has brought the spirit of Broadway to Zagreb and has been shaking the city in an unstoppable rhythm four times a week, has blown away the critics and the audience alike, kicked off the Summer Tour. After the first two sold out shows on the tour, an ancient Amphitheater in Pula and on Summer Stage in Opatija, the producers proudly announced the Regional Tour, which will include major cities in the Balkan region. They also hinted the tour might continue on to European and American cities with large Croatian communities.

Bright Lights! Shining Stars!, a gala event to benefit the NYC Dance Alliance Foundation, will honor the legendary Roberta Flack with the NYCDAF's First Ambassador for the Arts Award on August 1, 2011 at the Jack H. Skirball Center for the Performing Arts at NYU. 566 LaGuardia Place, New York. The star studded evening of song and dance directed by renowned choreographer, dancer and instructor Joe Lanteri will also feature the awarding of $50,000+ in college scholarships to promising young dancers.

Continuing in its mission of supporting local playwrights and artists, Boston Actors Theater will conclude its seventh season with its Summer Play Festival 2011. This season's festival will be presented, July 29th through August 7th, Fridays - Saturdays 8pm & Sundays 2pm, at the Boston Playwright's Theater, 949 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA. Pantochino Productions, Connecticut's brand new ridiculously entertaining theatre company, has launched an online fundraising campaign via Kickstarter to bring theatre for the entire family to New Haven. If successful, producers Bert Bernardi and Jimmy Johansmeyer will open an original musical in October.
