Roundabout Theatre Company will present Joel Grey and Sutton Foster in Anything Goes in 2011 at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre. We heard that the marquee is now up and hoofed it right over to snap some pictures!

An all-star lineup of Broadway stars performed at the concert of music from Jawbreaker, a new musical based on the cult-classic film, on Sunday, December 12th, 2010 at 9pm at the Canal Room in New York City. The cast included Shoshana Bean (Wicked), Morgan James (Addams Family), Carrie Manolakos (Mamma Mia), Deborah S. Craig (Spelling Bee), Tracie Thoms (Cold Case, Rent), Jenna Leigh Green (Wicked), and Alexa Green (Wicked).

Last night, December 8, Doug Maxwell and wife Liz Caplan, one of Broadway's most in-demand vocal coaches, hosted the official opening of Maxwell's Not for profit company, Visionary Media. Maxwell started his company in order to help retain employment for blind musicians and performers, studio engineers, and actors.

Last night, December 6, Award-winning actors Cynthia Nixon (Sex and the City, Rabbit Hole) and John Slattery (Mad Men, Rabbit Hole) starred in a one-night only play reading of the quirky comedy, Hate Mail, to benefit Opening Act, an innovative nonprofit that provides free after-school theater programs to New York City's most under-served public high schools. Last night, December 6, LAByrinth Theater Company (Co-Artistic Directors Stephen Adly Guirgis, Mimi O'Donnell, Yul Vázquez and Managing Director, Danny Feldman), presented Celebrity Charades at St. Paul's Hall.

Once a year, Celebrity Make Up Artist Rob Harmon and friends hold a cabaret-style benefit to raise money for Trinity Place, a shelter for GLBTQ Youth. Trinity is an amazing grassroots organization that provides shelter to New York's GLBTQ teenage community who have been displaced from their homes and families. Over the past several years this humble "Cabaret" show has become so successful that it has produced more than half the church's annual budget. The event on Sunday night featured appearances by Shoshana Bean (Wicked), Joey Taranto (Rock of Ages), Carrie Manolakos (Wicked), Donna Vivino (Wicked), Scott Alan, Neil Davis, Breedlove, SIRPAUL, Joe Hubrich (Housewives of Beverly Hills), Felicia Ricci (Wicked), Libby Servais (Wicked) and was hosted by Bianca Del Rio Sunday night's event raised more than $12,000 for the shelter.
