BPA's 2012 – 2013 Cultural Outreach Series Features One World Taiko, 3/28February 13, 2013BPA will present an array of nationally and internationally-renowned artists for school and community outreach performances throughout each season. BPA Gallery First Fridays Art Walk: Tradition Set for 3/1February 13, 2013Chris Gutsche's block prints emanate from a flourishing tradition launched by his mother in the 1950s. Inspired by her annually-prepared linoleum block print holiday greeting cards, Chris began to carve and print his own during childhood. Chris has since established and maintained his own tradition for thirty-two years, and he's pleased to share some of his favorites in the March exhibit at the BPA Gallery. He describes the process of creating each work as "something born of the heart, experienced in the soul, and worth carrying forward."
