The Public Theater will begin previews for the English language premiere of NEVA, written and directed by Guillermo Calderon, on Friday, March 1. NEVA will run through Sunday, March 31 in The Public's Anspacher, with an official press opening on Monday, March 11. Guillermo Calderon's criticaly acclaimed production, DICIEMBRE, was seen as part of The Public's 2011 Under the Radar Festival.

Artistic Director Les Waters and Managing Director Jennifer Bielstein have announced the world premiere of Jeff Augustin's Cry Old Kingdom as part of 37th Humana Festival of New American Plays. The play will be directed by Tom Dugdale and runs in the Bingham Theatre. Cry Old Kingdom begins previews March 8, opens March 10 and runs through April 7. Three of Saturday Night Live's famed cast members will reunite on stage when they visit MGM Grand Theater at Foxwoods for a special performance on Saturday, May 25 at 8 p.m. The lineup includes seven season veteran, Dana Carvey, who established some of the show's best known characters; Dennis Miller, who served as the “Weekend Update” correspondent for six seasons and Kevin Nealon, whose reoccurring role as an anchor on “Weekend Update” made the sketch a show staple. Tickets for the highly-anticipated show are currently available and can be purchased in advance for $45, $60 and $75.
