On Saturday March 16th, The Little Orchestra Society presents the event of the season, a performance of Tubby the Tuba with narration by the legendary Patti Smith. WaterTower Theatre Producing Artistic Director Terry Martin today announced the line-up for the 2013 Out of the Loop Fringe Festival, March 7-17, 2013 at the Addison Theatre and Conference Centre.
