In a first for a music competition series, NBC and Universal Republic Records will offer fans of NBC's 'The Voice' (Tuesdays, 9-11 p.m. ET) the ability to vote for their favorite artists by downloading the studio versions of the songs that they perform on the live show each week via the iTunes Store (www.itunes.com).

While it's certainly not unusual to see theatre and New York based actors on television, their presence has generally been limited by the fact that many TV series film in Los Angeles. This year a tax incentive has drawn many TV shows to film in New York, allowing those actors who are based in New York to be considered for guest roles - and starring roles - without relocating or being forced to choose between theatre and television.

Ekaterina Gubanova will sing the role of Giovanna Seymour for this fall's performances of Donizetti's Anna Bolena, replacing El?na Garan?a, who has withdrawn due to pregnancy. Gubanova will sing the performances on September 26, 30, and October 3, 6, 10, 15 18, 21, and 28. Casting for the performances on February 1 and 4 will be announced at a later date.

MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, the international musical sensation, will transfer to New World Stages (340 West 50th Street) this July. The show will play its final performance at the Nederlander Theatre on Sunday, June 12. Exact dates and ticketing information for the New World Stages run of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET will be announced shortly.

Actor, comedian, host and former Saturday Night Live cast member Norm Macdonald will bring his stand up act to The Orleans Showroom, July 8 and 9, each evening at 8 p.m.

Lansbury, who won a Tony for originating the role in 1966, tells us Gaga could pull it off, more or less.'
