Tyler, Th Creator and Lionel Boyce's Bald Fade Productions has signed a first-look deal with Sony Pictures Entertainment, according to Variety. The deal is for new scripted and unscripted projects for television and new media.

A&E Network's Emmy-winning, groundbreaking docuseries 'Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath' returns for an explosive third season on Tuesday, November 27 at 9pm ET/PT spanning eight episodes and four specials.

Award-winning actress and activist Rachel Brosnahan, star of the hit series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, will narrate Bloomberg Philanthropies' upcoming climate change documentary, Paris to Pittsburgh. The film will premiere on National Geographic, Wednesday, December 12th at 9PM ET/PT and is produced by RadicalMedia in partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies.

NBC wins the night in total viewers, growing +1.9 million persons or +34% versus the same Wednesday last year (7.508 million vs. 5.616 million on Oct. 18, 2017).  NBC's margin of victory for the night was +1.7 million viewers or +30% (7.508 million vs. 5.909 million for #2 CBS).

dick clark productions announced today several spectacular additions to the list of honorees at the 22nd Annual “Hollywood Film Awards.”  Glenn Close will receive the “Hollywood Actress Award” for her stunning performance in Sony Pictures Classic's The Wife, while Hugh Jackman will be recognized for his powerful turn in Sony Pictures' The Front Runner. Damien Chazelle will receive the “Hollywood Director Award” for his work on Universal Pictures' First Man.

National Geographic's upcoming documentary, 'The Flood,' will be narrated by Angela Bassett, according to Variety. The documentary special is about animals living in the heart of Africa's Okavango Delta.

Focus Features and Back Lot Music announce the release of 'Revelation', the new original song by Troye Sivan & Jnsi written for the feature film Boy Erased. Fans can stream the song on all DSP's or get the song instantly with soundtrack pre-order here. The soundtrack to the film featuring an additional original song by Jnsi and score by Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans will release digitally on 10/26 and physically on 11/2 with the film's theatrical release in select theaters nationwide. A vinyl component will be issued later this year with Music on Vinyl.

Montana-based Americana/folk singer-songwriter Martha Scanlan is set to release her fourth album, The River and The Light, on October 19, 2018 via Rock Ridge Music.  Full of moments of profound intimacy and belonging, the album hosts some of the finest writing yet from the award-winning Scanlan. Today AJ Lambert, granddaughter of Frank Sinatra and daughter of Nancy Sinatra, announces Lonely Songs, a collaborative EP with Greg Ahee of Protomartyr) to celebrate the 60th anniversary of her grandfather's seminal album, Only the Lonely. Today she also debuts a new video for “Lush Life” from the EP. In addition to “Lush Life,” the lush, orchestral release includes 'Only the Lonely,' 'Willow Weep for Me,' and 'It's a Lonesome Old Town' and will be released on October 26. In AJ's words: 'These songs let me say thank you to Frank. I'm so honored to carry on a bit of this tradition of being a song interpreter and it's so much fun to do it in a modern way... I believe that good music is good music is good music, no matter what era it's from... Greg was a big fan of the album already so it was fun to collaborate.' Piano and vocals on the EP were recorded at Steve Albini's Electrical Audio in Chicago, and mixed by Chris Koltay at Detroit's High Bias. All tracks were recorded live.

LA-based country trio Honey County has released the remix of their single “Los Angeles,” which was originally released in 2017. The remix, by Justin Burk, was most recently featured on the NFL Network “Total Access” highlight reel for the LA Rams football team. Listen below!

The Independent Filmmaker Project (IFP), the nation's premier member organization of independent storytellers, announced today the nominees for the 28th Annual IFP Gotham Awards. Ten competitive awards will be presented to independent features and series. In addition to the competitive awards, Gotham Tributes will be given to actors Rachel Weisz and Willem Dafoe, director Paul Greengrass, and the Gotham Industry Tribute to Jon Kamen.
