Ovation has acquired the U.S. broadcast and digital rights for seven titles, totaling 75 hours, from Sky Vision. The series will air on Ovation's linear arts network Ovation TV, its digital platform Ovation NOW, and/or on the company's cultural-travel streaming service JOURNY. The announcement was made today by Scott Woodward, EVP Programming, Ovation and Gillian Rose, SVP Sales and Acquisitions US, Sky Vision.

Catch some air! SK8 Dawg arrives on DVD, Digital, and On Demand December 11 from Lionsgate. Season five of Disney Junior's Peabody Award-winning 'Doc McStuffins' will premiere FRIDAY, OCT. 26 (11:00-11:30 a.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney Channel and the DisneyNOW app. The series, which tells the story of a young girl who aspires to be a doctor like her mom and communicates with and heals toys, has been lauded by parents, educators and health-care professionals around the world for having a lasting impact on how children see themselves and their future.

A 'Property Brothers' scripted comedy is in the works at Fox, according to Variety.

San Francisco-based salvage expert Michael “Bug” Deakin and his team of craftsmen hunt for history-rich materials to repurpose into timeless pieces for clients' homes in the new DIY Network series Heritage Hunters. Premiering on Sunday, Nov. 4, at 10 p.m. ET/PT, Bug transforms reclaimed wood from forgotten centuries-old structures. He finds valuable materials such as redwood board-and-batten walls, oak wine staves from a local winery and fragments of hand-hewn Amish barns. From these fragments he creates beautiful kitchen islands, dining tables, porch spindles and exposed beams for ceilings.

Garth Brooks will premiere his new primetime television special, GARTH: LIVE AT NOTRE DAME!, Sunday, Dec. 2 (8:00PM-10:00PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The special will capture Brooks while he performs the first live concert ever held at the legendary Notre Dame Stadium, at the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana, on Saturday, Oct. 20.

AT&T Presents: Untold Stories is proud to bring the program's first-ever film – NIGERIAN PRINCE – to audiences nationwide on Friday, October, 19.  Untold Stories is a film initiative created by AT&T and Tribeca to ensure diverse voices in storytelling are heard and seen in theaters and living rooms across the country.  Written and directed by newcomer Faraday Okoro, and filmed in Lagos, Nigeria, the film is a heist thriller about a Nigerian-American teenager sent to visit relatives in Nigeria against his will, later to join forces with his internet scammer cousin in an attempt to return to the United States on his own.
