Starz, a Lionsgate company (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B), today announced that the premiere event for the sixth season of the hit STARZ Original series 'Power' will be held at The World's Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden, on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. The all-new super-sized, 15-episode season of 'Power' will debut on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at 8:00 PM ET/PT on STARZ and will be available on the STARZ app and STARZ ON DEMAND starting at 12:01 AM on that day.

SHOWTIME has announced it has signed acclaimed executive producers and writers Brian Koppelman and David Levien to an overall deal under which they will continue to serve as showrunners of the hit drama series BILLIONS while also developing new projects exclusively for the network. The announcement was made today by Gary Levine and Jana Winograde, Presidents of Entertainment, Showtime Networks Inc.

After airing only four episodes of Good Bones since its season four premiere on May 14, HGTV has picked up 13 additional episodes of the hit series starring the dynamic mother/daughter duo Mina Starsiak Hawk and Karen E Laine. Currently airing on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT, the series has grown the timeslot's rating by 15% among P25-54 over the prior six weeks, making it a top 5 program on HGTV among that demo.

In honor of the 35th anniversary of Ghostbusters' 1984 theatrical debut, Sony Music announces a special reissue of 'GHOSTBUSTERS (ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SCORE)' with music by legendary film composer ELMER BERNSTEIN (The Magnificent Seven, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Age of Innocence). Available now, the anniversary edition arrives in digital formats for the very first time (in both standard and hi resolutions) and on CD Friday, June 7 and on vinyl Friday, July 19. 

SHOWTIME has released the series premiere of its new drama CITY ON A HILL early for free online sampling, on streaming platforms and on demand. The series stars Golden Globe® winner and Emmy® nominee Kevin Bacon (The Following) and Screen Actors Guild® Award winner Aldis Hodge (Underground). CITY ON A HILL is created and executive produced by Chuck MacLean (Boston Strangler). Old Salt Union has announced their newest album Where The Dogs Don't Bite - Out everywhere on Aug 16 via Compass Records. The band once again enlisted GRAMMY-winning banjoist and Compass co-founder Alison Brown to produce the follow-up to their self-titled Compass Records debut. The resulting album, Where the Dogs Don't Bite, builds on Old Salt Union's mixed musical backgrounds for a wildly entertaining and eclectic batch of songs.

 Sony Music announces the release of MEN IN BLACK: INTERNATIONAL (ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK) with music by DANNY ELFMAN and CHRIS BACON.  One of the most acclaimed and distinctive film composers of his generation, Danny Elfman returns to Men in Black after scoring the franchise's first three installments.  He is joined by Chris Bacon, who has previously written additional music on Elfman's scores including Avengers: Age of Ultron, Alice Through the Looking Glass and Goosebumps.  Available Friday, June 7, the soundtrack features music from the hugely-anticipated summer film, which makes its theatrical debut via Sony Pictures on Friday, June 14.

Globally acclaimed vocalist, songwriter, and former Glee star Kevin McHale has shared his new single & music video “James Dean,” available to stream now on his official Youtube channel. The track will be featured on his debut EP Boy, due out on June 21st via innovative content platform Vydia. The video features a guest appearance from actor, producer, & advocate Johnny Sibilly from FX's Pose, who is also part of Abercrombie's Pride campaign that launched last week. In honor of Pride Month, Vydia and Kevin McHale will donate all June proceeds from single to The Trevor Project.

Teri Schwartz, dean of the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, announced today that two-time Golden Globe-nominated actor Pierce Brosnan has been named the 2019 commencement keynote speaker. Filmmaker Julie Dash (Daughters of the Dust) will receive the Distinguished Alumni Award in Film/Television/Digital Media and actor-activist George Takei (Allegiance) will receive the Distinguished Alumni Award in Theater. Dean Schwartz will preside over the event to be held on Friday, June 14 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at UCLA's Royce Hall.

Netflix and OWN announced today that the closing night of Netflix's Emmy® FYSEE showcase, featuring a special in-depth conversation hosted by executive producer Oprah Winfrey, with Emmy®-winner Ava DuVernay and the cast of their four-part limited series, When They See Us – will be recorded to premiere on Netflix and OWN, Wednesday June 12 at 10p ET/PT (immediately following the Season Four premiere of DuVernay's critically acclaimed “Queen Sugar” at 9p on OWN). Oprah Winfrey Presents When They See Us Now, will also feature Winfrey's sit down interview with The Exonerated Five men of the Central Park Five 1989 case for the very first time.  IFC announced today the star-studded guest star roster for Sherman's Showcase, the network's new variety sketch series created by and starring Diallo Riddle (Marlon, Rise) and Bashir Salahuddin (GLOW, Snatched) and executive produced by John Legend's Get Lifted Film Co. and RadicalMedia. The series premieres Wednesday, July 31st at 10PM only on IFC.

Madonna today released 'Dark Ballet,' the fifth and final song to be previewed before her highly-anticipated new studio album Madame X debuts globally on June 14. Produced by Mirwais Ahmadzai, the accompanying music video to the sonically innovative track was directed by Emmanuel Adjei and stars Mykki Blanco.
