Kennedy Center to Present TWELFTH NIGHT, HAIR and More this Fall

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts has announced its calendar of events for the months of September and October, 2010. All events are subject to change without notice. Free performances are held each evening at 6 p.m. on the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage.

Way Off Broadway Theatre Presents DIRTY ROTTON SCOUNDRELS, Sept. 10- Nov. 7

Way_Off_Broadway_Theatre_Presents_DIRTY_ROTTON_SCOUNDRELS_Sept_10_Nov_7_20010101 The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre will once again bring an area premiere production to the Frederick-area stage. Having been the first to bring shows such as Jerry Herman's La Cage aux Folles, Neil Simon's The Goodbye Girl - The Musical, Mel Brooks' The Producers, as well as a regional theatre premiere production of The Wedding Singer to western Maryland audiences, Way Off Broadway is adding the musical comedy Dirty Rotten Scoundrels to the list of firsts. The outrageously funny musical opens September 10th and will run through November 7th.

Utah Cultural Celebration Center Presents International Folk Music & Dance Fest., 8/9

In conjunction with the Bountiful/Davis Art Center's 22nd Annual Summerfest International (August 2 - 7 at Bountiful City Park - 400 N. 200 W.), the Utah Cultural Celebration Center presents International folk musicians and dancers from four different countries. The musical and dance groups featured are from Nepal, Paraguay, Czech Republic, and China. This event will take place on Monday, August 9th and tickets are free.
