ET has released new footage of Quincy Jones and Lionel Richie's all-star recording of We Are the World to benefit Haitian earthquake victims. The pair assembled 100 actors and musicians for the re-recording, which ET's Mary Hart, who was grated access to the recording, calls 'phenomenal again.' The New York Times is reporting that John Guare's new play 'Free Man of Color,' which was postponed last season at The Public Theater due to a fall-out in funding, will now get a full production at Lincoln Center in the fall of 2010.

Two of the biggest names in Hollywood, Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts, are teaming up again for the upcoming film 'Larry Crowne.' Hanks, who has written the script, will also direct the film. This will be his first directing stint in over a decade (he directed 'That Thing You Do' in 1996). The plot for 'Larry Crowne' involves a middle-aged man who is forced to find a new career.

Westport Country Playhouse presents The Broadway Boys' Valentine's Day on Sunday, February 14 at 3:00PM at Westport Country Playhouse. Tickets are $40, $15 for students. This year, the concert will feature Natalie Weiss.

Contact Music has revealed that songbird Celine Dion will be stepping into the three-year contract at Las Vegas' Caesar's Palace that had been offered to - and turned down by - Barbra Streisand, as BroadwayWorld reported yesterday. While Streisand was reportedly offered $100 million, Dion's figure has not been reported, although it is believed to be comparable.

According to Jam Music and PopEater.com Barbra Streisand has rejected a $100 million offer for a sit down Las Vegas show. Reportedly, Las Vegas promoters who have worked with Cher, Celine Dion, Bette Midler and others had approached Streisand with the $100 million, three-year contract offer. No one has since been able to replicate Celine Dion's success at Caesar's Palace, and many promoters believe that Streisand is the only sure thing to pack houses for an extended run.

Broadway Musicals of 1927 kicks off the Town Hall's 10th Anniversary season of the critically acclaimed Broadway By The Year® series on Monday, February 22nd at 8PM. Tony Award-winning actor Michael Rupert, who originated the role of Professor Callahan on Broadway, will be reprising the role on the LEGALLY BLONDE THE MUSICAL tour. Ken Land, who has played the morally dubious lawyer since the tour launched in September 2008, has joined the Broadway revival of Promises, Promises. Rupert's first performance in Denver will be Wednesday, February 10, 2010.
