Celtic Thunder just made an appearance at New York City's Beacon Theatre. Backed by the amazing Celtic Thunder Band, the singers (Damian McGinty, Ryan Kelly, Michael O'Dwyer, Emmet Cahill & Neil Byrne) deliver new ensemble numbers including 'Sons of Light,' 'Toora, Loora, Lay,' 'The Wild Rover,' 'Right all right,' and 'Castle on the Hill' followed in the second act by nostalgic fun songs like 'Celebration,' 'I'm a Believer,' 'Seasons in the Sun' and 'Rise Again.' No Celtic Thunder show would be complete without an encore of their rousing anthem 'Ireland's Call,' the only song in Celtic Thunder X that isn't a new song but which never fails to bring the audience to its feet.

The New York Pops just hosted its annual cabaret fundraiser at Feinstein's/54 Below starring Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award winner Faith Prince. The event was hosted by New York Pops Music Director Steven Reineke.

Gingold Theatrical Group is presenting the 13th Season of Project Shaw, a special series of evenings offering some of Shaw's greatest works and those of his contemporaries. Birdland Jazz Club officially opened the Birdland Theater last night, September 20, 2018. The new convertible 100-seat venue occupies the lower level of the existing Birdland Jazz Club at 315 West 44th Street.

The ASA also presented its first annual Lifetime Achievement Award to singer Marilyn Maye, presented by her longtime friend, fashion designer, Bob Mackie.

The John W. Engeman Theater announces the cast and creative team for MAN OF LA MANCHA. Performances begin on Thursday, September 13 at 8:00pm and run through Sunday, October 28, 2018.

The releases of CELTIC THUNDER X celebrate the group's 10th anniversary and the Celtic Thunder X tour of 75 cities across the U.S. and Canada. Celtic Thunder appeared at NYCB Theatre at Westbury ,New York for the second stop on their new US Tour.
