CHINATOWN Miami is a Chinese street festival that will fill Miami Shores with the sights, sounds, and tastes of the diverse cultures of China. Six blocks of downtown Miami Shores, NE 2nd Avenue from 94th to 100th streets, will be closed off for CHINATOWN Miami. The Chinese street festival is free and open to the public, and includes a green market, food, arts and crafts vendors, musicians, and shows for children that include magicians and dragons. The 2pm performance of The Red Thread will be followed by a traditional Chinese dragon parade featuring actors from the production, in addition to a post-performance VIP Chinese dining experience next to the theatre (tickets will be required).
