Bustan features creative, modern Israeli cuisine with Mediterranean influences. This year, the restaurant is offering a special Thanksgiving menu on from 5pm to 11pm. Hell's Kitchen's premiere modern American restaurant, KTCHN Restaurant at the OUT Hotel, is serving a special seasonal Thanksgiving Menu from noon till 8pm. The 4 course prix-fixe menu is $45 and features traditional selections as well as some more creative options. Turkey with stuffing made with apples, porcine mushrooms, caramelized onions and cranberry juice will be offered alongside KTCHN's own Pumpkin Ravioli with Burnt Butter Sage Sauce and seafood lover alternatives like Chilean Seabass. And a Thanksgiving staple, Pumpkin Pie will be served for dessert.
